Correlation characteristics assessment of construction products reliability parameters

Since the reliability of construction products, by definition, is a probability failure-free operation, then to assess correlation characteristics between parameters products that are not observed at same time, we will use designations and terms used in theory mathematical statistics. Existing statistical methods for assessing conditional expectation applied product based on possibility simultaneous measurement value random variables. Because this, they get set extreme points plane those variables, build regression line estimates parameters. Such obviously unacceptable case when quantities mentioned variables cumulatively unobserved.
